Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I post about my daily life, my good and bad days. My family relocated to America. In the age of one and a quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become successful. My mind knew what the plan was for life. You go to college and graduate. Get married. Buy a house. Have kids. My life that I thought I would have wasn't what it turned out. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was a job I hated. The status and wealth didn't bring me happiness. I thought I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. The year 2013 was when I discovered that my true passion was working out. I also loved having fun and being able to assist other people. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I started to find the personal training I needed. This year I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. There are few Asian women in the industry. In the coaching industry I would like to be a positive influence by offering high-quality coaching to aid others to become more healthy and happy. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams and achieve anything they wish to do. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the biggest blow to my life. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven, and I keep her in my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really require. There are many ways that the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. I truly believe she offered me another chance to live through her demise. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time to go on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of being alive and in the moment. I don't feel that I'm just another number. When I tell the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they are not alone. It is also a sign of genuine love. Also that therapy is necessary and not unusual. Finally that wellness is your greatest wealth. I hope that you live life to the highest level and not have regrets in the end of your life. We are the only guarantee in the world.
